welcome to the 12th battle group
Welcome Citizen and thank you for your desire to serve in the United Earth Imperial Navy. this is the beginning of your journey into becoming one of the elite starmen/women who protect the boarders of the uee. Here you will go through two phases of training blue and gold phase. both have their own distinctive objectives and criteria to pass. please read below and i wish you nothing but success in the start of your navy career. if you have any questions please get with your cadre.

blue phaseblue phase
Greetings Maggette. Welcome to the Blue phase which is the introductory phase of instruction to the 12th Battle Group. During this phase we will go over the basics (Please see agenda to the right). We will also go over the Starmanship Concept. You must pass the Blue phase in order to go on to the final Gold Phase.
1. basic hand to hand combat

3. starmanship concept (turret gunnery, fire fighting, and engineering)
4. battle conditions
5. boarding defense
6. Roleplay Setup
verify that you have a working headset and microphone setup for Push to talk (PTT). if you talk in game setup discord to mute when you talk in game via the options menu on discord.
gold phasegold phase
Salutations future Starman. Welcome to the Gold Phase. Your final phase of instruction. Upon completion of this phase you will graduate and become full-fledged Starman and obtain the rank of Starman Recruit. In this phase you will take everything you learned in the blue phase and use it in a practical method and exercise. Congratulations in advance!
